Bushwacker Origin The bushwacker is a frozen cocktail made with rum, coffee, and cream of coconut. The beverage has a milkshake-like appearance and is generally garnished with whipped lotion and grated nutmeg. The mixed drink originated in 1975 at the Ship's Store on St. Thomas in the U.S.
